ADVISAL conducted the WASH baseline survey for the project “WASH Emergency Response in IDPs Collective Sites in Kua’ydinah District 0f Hajjah Governorate and Dhi As Sufal District” that is implemented by Relief and Development Peer Foundation (RDP) funded by Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).
The project aims to increase access to safe water and sanitation services and contribute to improving hygiene practices for both Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in collective sites and Host Communities (HCs). The baseline survey was designed to obtain a better understanding of the current WASH situation amongst the population in the targeted areas which were selected under the second WASH cluster priority that focuses on “covering emergency gaps in IDPs collective sites”. Also, the baseline survey aimed to establish baseline figures on key project indicators, which will enable the measurement of the project level of success at the end of the project
