The evaluation’s main objective is to assess the extent to which the training program has achieved its targets in building the capacities of the MFIs clients/potential clients in financial education and business development. The evaluation was conducted using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data was collected through different tools during the training program and after finishing the training to measure how the trainees have applied the new knowledge in their businesses and how it helped them increase their income and improve their work
The training program has provided the participants with skills and the necessary knowledge to deal with and benefit from banks and microfinance institutions and define their financial goals for spending, saving, and investment. The training helped the trainees to obtain new skills and knowledge in business development and improve their financial education, skills, and access to MFIs services.
